These Terms of Use apply to both this website and the downloadable BassPixel Motion software made available through it.

1. Private project status

This website and the related software are currently operated as a private hobby project.

They are mainly intended for friends, personal contacts and a limited private circle.

2. Software availability

The software may currently be downloaded and used free of charge.

At the current stage, a separate license may be required only to remove the watermark.

Such licenses are currently granted on a limited basis to friends and personal contacts.

The software may automatically check for content updates or application updates when started and may contact release or update endpoints for that purpose.

The operator may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue the website, the downloads, individual features or the licensing practice at any time.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website and the software only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.

You must not misuse the website or the software, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical restrictions or use them in a way that could harm the operator, other users or third parties.

4. No warranty

The website, the software and any downloadable files are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with all systems or that the software will always remain available for download.
